Consultation

  • This consultation provides you time to discuss a direction and vision for your wedding or event. This gives you access to our experience, and opinion in coordinating your day.

    One meeting consisting of 2-3 hours. This session will be a chance for our team to get to know our clients and their visions they have for this wedding/event.

    • Selection of a wedding/event location

    • Development of the style and concept.

    • Discussion of vendors.

    • Drafting potential itinerary of wedding/event.

    • Budgets.

Emerald Package

  • This package will provide services dedicated towards personal events/parties. Whether it’s a birthday party, holiday party or retirement our team can execute the vision you are imagining. 

    • Unlimited contact via email from the time of contract.

    • Complete event coordination for event up to 4 hours. 

    • Theme; color scheme.

    • Activities/ Games

    • Decorations; balloon arches, chairs, linens, backdrops, signs, candles, and center pieces. (Priced per selection.)

Ruby Package

  • This package will provide services dedicated towards company/commercial events. Events included such as company holiday parties, charity dinners, and fundraisers. 

    Unlimited contact via email from the time of contract.

    • 2-3 meeting sessions. One session specifically for venue walkthrough.

    • Complete event day management up to 6 hours.

    • Vendor supervision. 

    • Assisting with Event timeline.

    • Activities/Games 

    • Decorations; balloon arches, chairs, linens, backdrops, signs, candles, and center pieces. (Priced per selection.)
