Consultation
This package is for the couple who has completed most of their wedding planning but is looking for a wedding day coordinator to execute their vision. This also allows you to be a guest at your wedding. -
This consultation provides you time to discuss a direction and vision for your wedding or event. This gives you access to our experience, and opinion in coordinating your day.
One meeting consisting of 2-3 hours. This session will be a chance for our team to get to know our clients and their visions they have for this wedding/event.
Selection of a wedding/event location
Development of the style and concept.
Discussion of vendors.
Drafting potential itinerary of wedding/event.
Budgets.
Gold Package
This package is for the couple who has completed most of their wedding planning but is looking for a wedding day coordinator to execute their vision. This also allows you to be a guest at your wedding. -
2-3 meeting sessions. One session specifically will be a venue walkthrough.
Complete wedding day management and day of coordination for up to 10 hours.
Wedding vendor recommendation.
Review all contracts to make sure and understand exactly when vendors will be arriving.
Unlimited contact via email from the time of contract.
Timeline creation of wedding day.
Assisting and Executing Wedding/Reception timeline.
Vendor management. We will handle the vendor list by confirming arrival times, meal counts, and services booked 1 week prior to wedding.
Greeting wedding vendors day of, and placement of each station.
Assist with bridal party and family for photographs.
Arrange for all personal belongings to be packed up at given to the appropriate family member.
Retain marriage license to provide to officiant and give best man the wedding bands.
Provide support with décor setup on the day of the event.
Diamond Package
This package is for the couple with a busy lifestyle that makes the planning process extremely difficult to execute. This package allows you to have complete input of every detail associated with your wedding but the stress of planning and dedication is completely handled by our team. -
Preliminary meeting to discuss wedding vision.
Unlimited contact via email from the time of contract, as well as monthly check-ins.
Providing bride with timeline, due dates, checklists and monthly reminders.
Assist with venue layout.
Vendor meeting & coordination.
Final consultation 1 week prior to event.
1 hour rehearsal coordination.
Day of wedding coordination for up to 10 hours.
Vendor management. We will handle the vendor list by confirming arrival times, meal counts, and services booked.
Greeting wedding vendors day of, and placement of each station.
Directing ceremony and reception flow of events.
Assist with bridal party and family for photographs.

This is the complete package. This package is for couples who want it all, including the VIP experience and full access to our inventory of rentals. -
Preliminary meeting to discuss wedding vision.
Unlimited contact via email from the time of contract, as well as monthly check-ins.
Providing bride with timeline, due dates, checklists and monthly reminders.
Assist with venue layout.
Vendor meeting & coordination.
Contract review and assistance when hiring vendors.
Assist with budget management guidance.
Full access to Inventory Items. (Exclusion of chairs/covers and linens. A price list will be provided for rental of excluded items.)
Final consultation 1 week prior to event.
1 hour rehearsal coordination.
Day of wedding coordination for up to 12 hours.
Vendor management. We will handle the vendor list by confirming arrival times, meal counts, and services booked.
